To assist clients to decide on the feasibility of their potential investments, we have completed several feasibility studies especially for new subdivisions but also for larger infrastructure projects: for example, a large water transfer scheme for an extensive irrigation scheme, complete with a preliminary design of a major pumping station including large diameter force mains
Many times, it will be necessary to complete a full preliminary design to prepare an extensive feasibility study. Other times with much of the pricing available and based on previous designs and projects, we may be able to do minimal work (i.e. for fewer fees) to produce an acceptable standard of feasibility study for the client to proceed with possible implementation.
One major aspect of a project to become feasible, could be the effective phasing to reduce upfront costs to the absolute minimum. On this basis, we have made many subdivision projects feasible for developers.
